Extracting and Harvesting the Golden Nectar

Once our bees have meticulously transformed the rich nectar into honey, the honeycombs are carefully collected from the hives. Our skilled apiarists recognise when the honey is fully ripe. Then the honeycombs are delicately unsealed, and the golden nectar is extracted using specialised equipment that ensures it keeps intact to its natural qualities.
